1. About the App
AI Image to Prompt is an AI-powered image analysis application that helps users analyze images and generate detailed text prompts.
The App may allow users to connect their own supported AI provider API credentials and use those providers to analyze images and generate prompts.
The App does not generate images. Its primary function is:
2. Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the App, you may provide:
Images
- When you select or capture an image for analysis, the App processes the image to perform the requested AI analysis.
- Images are used for the functionality requested by you and are not collected by Mirahn Labs for unrelated purposes.
- When an image needs to be sent to an AI provider selected by you, it may be transmitted to that provider so that the requested analysis can be performed.
API Credentials
- The App supports a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model for supported AI providers.
- If you provide an API key for a supported provider, the credential is stored locally on your Android device using Android's secure credential-storage mechanisms.
- Your API credentials are used only to authenticate requests to the corresponding AI provider.
- Mirahn Labs does not intentionally collect or sell your API credentials.
- You are responsible for obtaining API credentials directly from the relevant AI provider and for complying with that provider's terms and policies.
Generated Prompts and History
- Prompts generated through the App may be stored locally on your device so that you can access features such as history, saved generations, or previously generated content.
- Local data remains on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that transfers or shares it.
3. AI Providers and Third-Party Services
Depending on your configuration, the App may communicate with third-party AI providers, including supported providers such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Grok, or Mistral.
When you use an AI provider, information necessary to perform your requested operation may be transmitted to that provider. The handling of information by those providers is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. You should review the privacy documentation of any AI provider you choose to use.
The App does not control the privacy practices, retention policies, or data processing practices of third-party AI providers.
4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may collect or process certain information, such as device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics, and advertising interaction information, according to Google's applicable policies and your device/account settings.
The App may display banner, rewarded, and interstitial advertisements. Advertising partners may use information to provide, measure, and improve advertising services, subject to applicable laws, policies, and user choices. For more information about Google's advertising and privacy practices, please review Google's applicable privacy documentation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be transmitted to third-party services when necessary to provide functionality that you explicitly request. For example:
- An image may be transmitted to your selected AI provider for image analysis.
- API authentication information may be transmitted to the corresponding AI provider when required to authenticate an API request.
- Advertising-related information may be processed by Google AdMob to provide advertising services.
- Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information handled by the App.
API credentials are stored locally using Android security mechanisms designed to protect sensitive credentials. Network communications with supported online services use secure HTTPS connections where supported by the respective service.
However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Locally stored information, such as generated prompt history and locally stored configuration data, remains on your device until it is removed by the App, deleted by you, or the App's data is cleared/uninstalled.
Information transmitted to third-party AI providers or advertising services may be retained or processed according to those providers' respective policies.
Mirahn Labs does not maintain a separate server-side database of your generated prompts unless a future version of the App explicitly introduces such functionality and this Privacy Policy is updated accordingly.
8. Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored App data by using available deletion controls within the App or by clearing the App's storage/uninstalling the App through Android settings.
Removing the App or clearing its local storage removes locally stored credentials, history, and other locally stored application data, subject to Android's system behavior and any data maintained independently by third-party services.
For information submitted directly to third-party AI providers or advertising services, you may need to contact the respective provider or use the controls they provide.
9. Children's Privacy
AI Image to Prompt is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a dedicated account or child-directed data collection system.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action where applicable.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may interact with third-party services, including AI providers and Google advertising services. Those services operate independently and have their own privacy policies. Mirahn Labs is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
